I wonder if Limes Inferior can be completed at 200% if you start with the Logu and Perchi bonuses. It seems impossible to capture a village without snakes using the Bull, unless you get an incredibly lucky combination of luck and morale. And that would significantly slow down the progress. Plus, without the +8 attack bonus, the battles will be much more difficult.
