VDV_forever, you see, people just want to forget the bad things. Why they decided to forget about the "Kursk" but not the things you listed is unknown to me, but if you remember everything, there simply won't be enough days left for holidays – there have been too many tragedies.
So, I think I'll agree with Kreysna, making one calendar day a day of remembrance would be very good, and those affected and their relatives will remember specifically on the day of the tragedy.
