Was this not observed in version 0.86?

I haven't checked; I skipped from 0.85 directly to 0.87.

I rechecked everything; it was my mistake. It gives +1 on level 1, both in single-player and multiplayer, starting on week 2. I was just playing as a different hero and bought Erin after a few months, and that's when I immediately got 1 witch.
