Well, the CIS region is understandable, but this isn't objective.

It's much more objective than online (especially online without a webcam). You see a person, you know for sure that they exist, and it's not just someone's clone. You hang out with them, chat, figure out what's what. Out of the people on the list, Fasik has integrated into the community the most :D.
