This is the case in any mass vote. This includes presidential elections, elections to the Duma, etc.

I voted very simply - I voted for those I know. I don't follow SoD tournaments very closely, so the nicknames of newcomers from there don't mean much to me. Perhaps this fits the description of "voting randomly"...
