I tried to achieve victory via the earthquake bug, but it seems it only works when we are attacking, not when we're being attacked.

We can attack a hero if we use Dimension Door for the Castle, and then go back on the second day. But this bug works if the Stronghold (not the Castle) is built. That's likely why it is banned.
