Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

I don't quite understand, are there some contradictions there? :confused: Should something be corrected? :confused:

It's just that this phrase, within the existing legal framework, doesn't really have much meaning – if the tournament is official, its participants can appeal to the Tournament Committee regardless of whether the judges believe they handled the situation on their own, or not.
