Plans for CIS-2018.

Overtime is only needed for the first week of the game, when players are still completely engrossed in the monitor and rarely leave. And the time saved is 1.5 hours or more, considering the quick restart, etc. (an average turn takes 10 minutes * 7, etc., and for many, it takes much longer in the first week - they break even by turn 117). These (at least) 1.5 hours (per game!) are better spent relaxing with a beer or playing poker, chatting with old friends, etc.

P.S. I'm all for a CIS tournament in Minsk, but someone else should organize it))) It's a thankless task.
