Plans for CIS-2018.

OH is only needed for the first week of the game, when players are completely engrossed in the game and rarely take breaks. This saves about 1.5 hours or more, considering the quick restart and everything else (an average turn takes 10 minutes * 7, and for many, it takes much longer in the first week – they lose everything by turn 117). These (minimum) 1.5 hours (per game!) are better spent relaxing with a beer or playing poker, chatting with old friends, and so on.

P.S. I'm all for a CIS tournament in Minsk, but someone else should organize it. It's a thankless task.
