"Newcomer - 2018. Winter"

Hello everyone!
Gentlemen, there is a huge amount of information available:
1) Starting from some specific version of the game (or are all different versions used), SoD, HoA, etc.
2) A specific tool (Hamachi, TeamViewer, Wippien) that users on the portal use to play.
3) Thousands of forum rules and regulations.

I still don't understand several points regarding participation in the Tournament:
In order for a new player to participate in your beginner tournament, they need to have fun playing with someone from the forum and post the result - a recording of the game, mutually confirmed by the second (or multiple) players stating "Yes, we played, thank you for the game" - 3 such games are needed. After that, the players who qualified for the tournament arrange the day and time themselves.

Sorry if I offended anyone for the enormous work done. But the process is very complex due to the volume of information; I would like a clear and concise regulation.

3. - Find a player(s) - topic.
4. - Rules

And most importantly, many main topics are outdated since the year the first posts were made, and browsing through all the topics in search of the right one takes a lot of time.
