How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

The very fact that this topic was created is a very bad sign for the forum... I would be glad if this topic were closed!!!

You are absolutely right, Alex_R. Everyone comes to the forum for different reasons... some are interested in communicating with like-minded people about their favorite game, while others come just to troll. And I'm not talking about the newbies who, due to their inexperience, may write not quite correct or complete messages, sometimes limiting themselves to timid phrases. That's normal and can be corrected. I'm talking about people who are probably not quite sane in real life and transfer this to the forum. This includes deliberate trolling, insults, and other antics aimed at showing off their "coolness" (which, in my opinion, is just stupidity). But this needs to be treated, suppressed harshly (which, by the way, is facilitated by the reputation system), and not generalized to all forum users, claiming that they have supposedly lost interest in the Heroes theme.
On all branches, including the Heroes IV branch, there are lively discussions about the intricacies of the game. Unfortunately, not everyone understands its warm, friendly nature... And some even perceive this as just mindless posting! How is that possible? What are these people even doing on the portal, I don't understand...
