Can you tell me what this "Fumanchu" is and how to deal with it?

In Heroes 5, when the "Hammers of Fate" are defending castles during turns 3-8, the game crashes and closes to Windows. Patch 2.1 cannot be installed. I've already tried installing it from all the folders. It starts installing, but then it says that something is missing and that it can't find something. Please help.
