How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

I read here...
Guys, there are flood topics, poems, and other things, there's a chat.
I don't know about you, but my first 20 posts can be safely deleted – they're all just fluff :)
So, you delete the topics, the chats... Why?
Who does that help?
Besides, someone created all this, and I'll say it again: there was fluff, there is fluff, (it can't not exist:)), and there will be fluff.
If there are people who are deliberately flooding, you can just give them a warning, or ban them! Newbies are flooding... I don't think that's abnormal :)

And, by the way, how did we live without a chat? Now the chat is driving everything to the point of absurdity... 1 post on the forum and 1900 in the chat – is that normal?

I don't know, I haven't even been in the chat...
