How to develop through the skill wheel on the path to the ultimate ability

I've tried many times to fully develop a hero, but it never worked out for any race. Then, I decided to try with the Dwarves, and on the first attempt, it seemed like they had the worst skill. On another map, I played again and gathered skills, it's like a paradox:smile04:

Practice a few times to get the Skill Acquisition (SA) on skill points, you'll get used to it and know what to choose later in a normal game, but as mentioned above, SA isn't always good; many lose the necessary upgrades, so it's better to decide on a tactic at the beginning of the game and adjust accordingly, trust me, the result will be better!!!
