Double magic points.

I'm still getting acquainted with the game and playing through the campaign. One of my heroes had his magic points doubled, and I didn't notice how it happened. I remember approaching somewhere, and a message popped up saying that the number of magic points had doubled. But I don't remember where I went. Could you please tell me what building it was?
It's the third map of the very first campaign, somewhere there.
