Suddenly, it snowed in January (c) :D

Well, last year this tradition was broken, and Heroes of Might and Magic III½ turned into a long-term project with an unknown release date. Therefore, I planned the last tournaments without taking into account the probability of this event. Like, if it suddenly happens, we'll see what to do. Well, it happened, so it's a good reason to discuss the procedure for "seeing what to do."
