Let's remember the previous newcomers, like Georg, Yan_Vas, Graalz, Matador...
and consider whether it would be fair to exclude Hotsenko and Sonic after that.
But when a person registers for the newcomer tournament for the third time, it's just absurd. Dirty, thank you for pointing out this problem!

As for Prince, it's entirely up to the organizers to decide whether to allow him or not, but he has already ignored the previous newcomer tournament and many other tournaments. There don't seem to be any penalties for withdrawals, but it would still be nice to get a solemn promise from him that he won't flake out this time :)
