A mage must not lie. Many people will consider this requirement too strict, but they should understand that lying seriously undermines your power. And each new lie weakens the mage even more. The Egyptians considered truthfulness to be the most important quality of any person performing magical actions – even if they are performed after death. The gods will not listen to the spells of a liar.
