A hero at level 20 has almost 82,000 experience points, and a hero at level 21 has almost 98,000 experience points. If a hero has the "Learning" skill from level 1, their experience points at level 20 will increase by 15% compared to a hero without this skill, bringing the total to approximately 94,300. Therefore, the "Learning" skill will not allow a hero to reach the next level even one level earlier. The effect is simply that this hero will reach that level slightly sooner than their opponent, given an equal amount of XP gained during the game.
