Secondary skills in Heroes 3.

I don't know what the Training skill is for.

Training only increases the speed at which a hero levels up when there is a limited amount of XP on the map. If enough XP can be earned during the game, this skill has no practical use... However, when playing on an XP map (as in the current tournament for three players), this skill will give a significant advantage...
