If there is a tie in points within a group, does the Berger coefficient or the head-to-head result take precedence?

When the number of points is equal, the places are determined by additional criteria (in order of priority):
1. Berger coefficient.
2. Head-to-head result.
3. If it is impossible to determine the teams advancing to the playoffs based on the previous criteria, the players will be offered a scheme for transition games. At the moment, it is impossible to foresee all possible combinations of results. Therefore, the scheme will be finally developed based on the situation that arises in the groups at the end of the stage.
