Good afternoon, dear mapmakers!
1. Important announcement!
Now you can see all the submitted maps that have been accepted for consideration on the first page of the contest!
Please send all your comments and suggestions regarding the maps to the judges via private message. Remember that a map can be resubmitted!
2. Denminator and Fenix have been added to the list of participants (Fenix's map has been accepted for consideration).
3. Snegg and Vanechka, your maps cannot be accepted for consideration yet, as not all the rules have been followed!
4. Congratulations to one of our judges, Kolb@zzera, on his recent wedding!
I wish you all the best in your life together with your wife!
5. After the results are announced, an additional poll will be held to determine the best map based on audience votes. An offline tournament will also be held on the winning map!
Sincerely, VDV_forever
Dear VDV_forever, I would like to urge you to be more constructive. I have looked at the maps and see that the hero names have been changed, and yes, mine are different. In principle, nothing is impossible, and I can redo it. But let's look at the rules you posted in the first post and compare them to what I submitted (from memory):
1. The map must be at least 72x72? I think so.
2. The map must be made by me personally? Believe me, it is.
3. The map must be in any editor except WoG. Well, you know, my second map is no longer in WoG (thank you again to Ataman for helping).
4. The map must contain the nicknames of forum users. Well, firstly, it does, and secondly, it contains nicknames, i.e., two of them.
You know, in my opinion, I have fulfilled the minimum requirements for the map, and "minimum" refers specifically to compliance with the contest rules. To be honest, my interest here is competitive, and I would most like to hear feedback on the map itself.
But still, I would like you to provide more details about what you specifically meant regarding my map. You can also send it to me in a private message.
P.S.: GUYS! I NEED A MAP PROVIDER!
for this one (as a reminder):
:D
