Sevan, I also only play SoD, and I doubt anything will change my opinion. But this forum is about the Heroes series in general (1-7), not just SoD. There was a time when Warlords was popular, for example. I contacted ASM and Mafia, and I got the source code (they provided it for free). Now, if anyone wants to work on SoD in this direction, they can go ahead. The source code is available to everyone. Also, the free version of Heroes VCMI is being developed, and its source code is also open. The main thing is who is willing to sacrifice their personal life and work on Heroes for free. I don't see anyone like that in the SoD community right now. Therefore, I am willing to pay for a paid lobby or a programmer who will develop SoD (as much as possible). The most important thing for me is the result and reasonable prices. If you are interested, join the SoD development or look for programmers who are willing to do it. I periodically conduct searches. I am also willing to periodically dedicate time to rewriting Heroes 3 from scratch, for example, in Delphi; I even have some preliminary work done. But I don't see the point in just criticizing others. I am for action, not just talk.
