I have the following suggestion. Since the rules allow for 1 re-roll with a complete regeneration, everyone immediately chooses 3 maps to avoid complications. Consequently, you can look at the pairs, and if the first pair doesn't suit you, but the second and third do, you can take a re-roll with a high probability, even if the odds are equal. To prevent this, I suggest choosing 1 map at a time, without knowing who will be in the 2nd and 3rd (you can check by the generation time), meaning a person will only take a re-roll if they really don't want to play this matchup. You can, of course, choose 3 maps at once; there's also some interest in that, but since the tournament is still random, the first option is better:smile01:
