NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

What do you mean by "encoded"?* Text files open with Notepad; to save changes, simply uncheck the "Read-only" box in the file settings.

I know that text files open with Notepad, but either I'm not finding the right file, or something else is wrong. But the file type is not specified... it weighs 18 KB and is located in "(Editor)---(IconCache)---(AdvMapObjectLink)---MapObjects---_(AdvMapObjectLink)--Monsters. If the path is incorrect, please provide the correct one.
