Plans for CIS-2018.

Odessa was the most enjoyable CIS city for attending events, among those I've visited. I think Anapa would also be a good option. Moscow is the easiest and cheapest way to get there (for us), but there's not much to do there. And yes, I don't agree that you need to lock yourself in a basement and glue yourself to a computer to organize a proper tournament. However, what difference does it make if there isn't even one proper application for 2018? All this is just pointless and unproductive worrying about nothing.
