If a player can't play, it's better for them to withdraw now rather than after the teams are formed. In any case, the final roster of participants will be determined after the voting.

After the teams are formed, a player can be replaced by a player from a weaker tier (I'll explain this in more detail later), but if everyone withdraws now, we won't have anyone to form teams with :D
