Katya, what does Moscow or another city in Russia or the CIS have to do with it?! It's all about organizing the Heroes tournament!

Considering that, as previously mentioned in a similar thread, the CIS tournament was initially conceived not only as a way to hang out and play games, but also as an opportunity to travel to new places. Moscow is a good candidate in terms of location for the tournament, but, personally, it's not the most interesting place to visit. The tournament in Odessa was one of the best – therefore, I disagree with the statement that a "resort" version of the tournament is worse than a "non-resort" version.
