How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

1. Remove the "Off-Topic" section. Once and for all.
+ fewer visitors, a cleansing of the ranks (fewer people - more room to breathe), only those who are passionate about the games will remain.

- those who are passionate about the games will eventually become more than just casual acquaintances, but good acquaintances or friends (or even family :)), where they can chat about different topics (besides the games), especially if they can't meet in ICQ due to different time zones, for example. In addition, even the most dedicated fans will eventually get tired of not being able to chat about other topics. (on the other hand, it's not such a big minus - don't forget about real life!)

2. Divide the forum into two parts: one for the games and one for off-topic.
+ reasonable, a solution to the problem. But this practically exists now. There are special topics for off-topic, if you want to post, create topics, etc.
- since it already exists, and the amount of off-topic doesn't decrease, it's not that effective.
