Proposal to hold an online tournament for Heroes 4!

Could you please provide more details on how to use Hamachi and the tournament rules? I'm rooting for the Whirlwinds, but if needed, I can also install Equilibris. Ideally, the tournament should be held in August, and as soon as possible.
