Is this also a fun tournament and a test ground, or will the name actually reflect its purpose? If the rules are followed from the beginning to the end of the tournament without any unclear changes along the way, then I am ready to play in the final tournament with Vik. If not, then I will yield to the next player.

The rules will include the following point:

0) The tournament organizer has the right to change the tournament rules at his discretion, both in general and in relation to a specific match.

This is always implied by default in all my tournaments, but, as it turned out, not all players were aware of this, so I will write it out explicitly.

Since this tournament is being held for the first time, it is possible that this rule will have to be used, in case I have not foreseen something. Although, at first glance, I don't see any problems.
