Suggesting to finish a game without restructuring is just ridiculous. You might as well suggest finishing a game of tic-tac-toe.

If the "De Luxe" option works, then arguing is pointless. But if it doesn't, what are your suggestions?
Restructuring was only introduced in HotA starting with this tournament; before that, people played without it, and you played too.
So, what should a player do if a) they only have a Dungeon as their town and it's the only one with a level 5 building, and b) the opponent already has the ability to restructure their town? Are you suggesting that the first player should rebuild their town from scratch (which takes 5 days), is that a fair advantage?
