If I kill 36 peasants or, for example, 9 druids (it won't be difficult to kill that many of these units), I receive 36 frags (in the case of peasants, 36*1=36, in the case of druids, 9*4=36). The square root of 36 is 6. The formula becomes:
6*(60+6*sp)=360+36*sp. In my opinion, this is outrageous, considering that the same Earth Shock deals damage according to the formula 40+40*sp – the most interesting thing here is not the base damage, but the coefficient before sp (and even the base damage is quite high).
Therefore, I reworked the formula to this:
Neophyte F(5+2sp)
Basic F(10+2sp)
Strong F(15+2sp)
Expert F(20+2sp)
There is also another option:
Neophyte F(1+1sp)
Basic F(2+2sp)
Strong F(3+3sp)
Expert F(4+4sp)
In the latter version, in order for the formula to be equal to Earth Shock, it is necessary to obtain a coefficient of 10, i.e., 100 frags (by killing, for example, 100 peasants or 25 druids).
The whole point is that, on the one hand, the spell requires the loss of your own units, and it will not be possible to apply it to any unit of your choice, but only to the one that killed, so it certainly loses to other direct damage spells, and it may not be entirely correct to compare them in this way. On the other hand, this spell is not limited in damage and can grow to infinity, surpassing any Chaos magic spell, while costing 18 mana, not 24 like Earth Shock, or 30 in the case of Armageddon.

Блистает там воздушностью прогалин.
Но между кедров, полных тишиной,
Расщелина по склону ниспадала.
О, никогда под бледною луной
Так пышен не был тот уют лесной...
