I wouldn't personally sign up. Others, after seeing my analysis, probably wouldn't either. Therefore, Tsukiko would have to pay most of the players. Considering that the prize pool is small (relative to the resources spent), she doesn't have the money, and other players couldn't bet on her, this idea doesn't seem very viable.
