there is another option: use some neutral icon (without a specific connection to a faction or action), call it something like "hero aura," and in the description line of the buff's action, we'll write "see specialization" - that is, there is no specific indication of what it is - just an indicator of the hero's impact on the army, and the specific effect of this "aura" is indicated in the specialization (in the hero's window).
