HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

This isn't just present in the Factory, but also in all dwellings where more than one creature resides (Confluxes of elementals, for example). I reported this bug on the Heroes of Might and Magic forum a while ago, but the response was quickly lost.
Regarding the second suggestion, it would also be nice if the system automatically calculated the number of casualties, as spending precious seconds on calculations isn't ideal.
