The idea of dividing them into subgroups based on their dependence on level and magic power was taken from WGE – respect to Nargott!!!

Question about speeding up/slowing down – these spells depend on the level in light/dark magic and do not depend on (or weakly depend on) magic power.
The first option is to give a large bonus (+100%), but make the effect short-lived (a couple of turns), that is, we get an instant effect that applies at the moment of use (somewhat similar to the effect of encouragement and stunning).
The second option is to give a small bonus that increases with the level of the school (neophyte/basics/developed/skilled, respectively 10/20/30/40%), but at the same time, as the level of the school increases, increase the duration of the effect (with a small bonus to initiative, the effect is all the more the longer it lasts).
I am leaning towards the second option and haven't tested it much yet (I only tested it within the framework of one battle).
The formula is as follows:

The third option is the same as the second option, but change the bonus from 10/20/30/40% to 10/20/40/80%
Блистает там воздушностью прогалин.
Но между кедров, полных тишиной,
Расщелина по склону ниспадала.
О, никогда под бледною луной
Так пышен не был тот уют лесной...
