Firstly: A new thread will be created, since this is merely a poll to identify enthusiasts.
Secondly: If you look closely at who last edited the first post, the phrase about "no one will be able to" loses some meaning.
So, if a person is gauging people's mood regarding the possibility of holding a tournament, it shouldn't be immediately assumed that they will be the organizer.
