Rules for awarding prizes

1) For new awards, you need to submit description images, as before; I will add them to the system (here is a topic with details: /topic/5630/).
2) For existing awards, on the awards page http://forum.heroesworld.ru/awards.php, there is an option to submit an award request. This automatically creates a post in this thread and sends me an additional notification. You can also submit applications directly on the list of awards page (there should be a link in the last column next to each award).
