I arrived at the opponent's base on day 212: He greeted me with a Castle and decimated my army, so I had to retreat. I dug up the Grail, and with 3 Necromancers with Teleport and Flight, I was gathering skeletons. By day 232, I had 3000 skeletons, plus full control. The opponent had 100 Greymarch Griffins, 10 Angels, an Archmage, and either an Angel of Redemption or stats (his choice), but no Castle, and also full control. We both had roughly 400 mana. I had a plan to prolong the game and accumulate skeletons, and gain stats in treasure chests, but the opponent offered a draw. He got tired of me running around, and he had very little time left on his timer compared to my one and a half hours. We agreed to a draw; the game would likely have dragged on for a long time and could have gone either way. We didn't want to waste any more time... Thanks for the game.
It happened, 2 weeks ago. I spent 8 minutes on day 8 looking for a Castle, but couldn't find one. It's stressful to play at this stage when you don't have a timer, and the opponent has 1.5 hours. You might not have time to change your hero's equipment or give orders to your army... although I had an advantage and 13 castles. While I was searching for 8 minutes, time passed.
