1. Dimension Shift will now cost 20 instead of 18.
Cool, yeah right. Control will now lose automatically not on turn 7, but on turn 8. Although mid-range decks will have a chance.
2. Sibyl of the Waterwyrm's attack and defense will be lowered from 4/5 (evolved: 6/7) to 3/4 (evolved: 5/6).
Looks fair.
3. Little Soulsquasher's defense will be lowered from 2 (evolved: 4) to 1 (evolved: 3).
Well, they had to nerf something in Shadow. Maybe it's for the better; it will be easier to get rid of it with pings.
4. Carabosse, Wicked Fairy's attack and defense will be lowered from 6/6 (evolved: 8/8) to 5/5 (evolved: 7/7).
When I put Carabosse on the board, I don't expect her to survive more than one turn. Although it will put less pressure on the opponent, the main thing about her is still the effect.
5. Staircase to Paradise will now cost 2 instead of 1, and its Countdown effect will be changed accordingly.
But this is very bad. One singer won't be enough; I'd better add a couple more 2/2/2 creatures to the mid-range. It will probably be okay for Valen. I still brick so hard with him that I will definitely get Blood and Hector. I saw builds without Staircase, and I didn't like it, but it shouldn't be completely ruled out. I'm surprised they didn't remove the garbage. Although there's still time.
