The priestess is immune to negative effects.

What negative effects are we talking about? Does this include things like mind control and stunning?

Lust
Men who fail a will save (against charisma) will desire the priestess's body and will do anything to get it.

"Do anything" in the sense that this thing basically works like mind control, but then at the end, you have to give something?
