I sincerely feel sorry for people like Leader, who regret the "pointlessly spent" time on Heroes. Personally, I consider this game to be an excellent way to spend time, not only providing fun but also giving a real workout for the mind and inspiring creativity and other activities. It's better than most books. Or do these people believe that if it weren't for Heroes, they would have learned 5 languages, learned to code at a professional level, and gotten a job at Google for 100+K dollars a year, etc.? Come on, you're kidding me. 90+% of that time would have been spent drinking beer on the couch in front of the TV (hypothetically). And that's a real degradation of personality. I've talked to both Heroes players and Dota players, just as an aside about RTS games. I think it's clear without further explanation whose average level is much higher. Heroes 3 is, in general, 100% an elite form of esports, even if many don't consider it esports at all. To talk about professionalism solely in terms of money is just plain foolish! So, an unknown opera singer working in a theater for peanuts is NOT a professional, but Max Korzh is a professional??? Well, if that's your opinion, then goodbye. Heroes is like opera, and that's what I'm getting at. This kind of activity cannot be popular; it's for the chosen few, for those few who are above a certain level.
