Attitude towards complete anti-magic!

No, Pandora, you can restore a phoenix whenever you want, it doesn't matter if it died, lost half its units in the squad, or even just one bird. Maybe this wasn't in previous versions, but it definitely exists in the expansion, although I think it was always like that, it's just a stereotype - a phoenix resurrects after death.
