Warlock – “Cultist” [Campaign 4, Mission 3]

Hold on, WHERE is level 30? In "Cultist"? But there's a limit of 26!

In the last mission of the 6th campaign, Ra'ilag was level 30, but there was no Arcane wave. Naturally, it wasn't in "Cultist" either.
