Disable the firewall.
Disabling it helps in 10-15% of cases, but completely disabling the firewall is risky, as your computer is already vulnerable, and the firewall at least protects you from novice "hackers" and the simplest "worms" and "Trojans";). (this option is a last resort)
In most cases, this problem resolves itself after some time. I can't give you an exact answer yet, but I'll say: wait! Sometimes it turns on by itself... this is related to the Hamachi server.
