Wouldn't it be an option to ask the tournament participants? Or is this introduction itself a kind of survey...?

Well, I didn't expect that such an obvious problem would be unclear to some. When it became clear that many were dissatisfied, I suggested that they formulate a limiting rule themselves. In response, I heard either insults or rather rough formulations that could not be included in the rules due to their lack of specificity.

But I am still open to discussion. If anyone comes up with a better formulation, I will include it in the rules.
