Just a reminder that the rule should be simple, clear, and have only one possible interpretation.

Therefore, if anyone can formulate a rule that prevents gambling with a deceased father's Facebook account but does not prevent digging up underlings from a tavern, I'm all ears.

I couldn't come up with it. If you can, that would be great.
