Cobra has responded to you, stating that at least 7 people must qualify. So, calculate yourself how many points are needed for that. According to rough estimates, it's 21+. But it's very difficult to calculate the exact number. Furthermore, we can't rule out the possibility that some of those who qualify will decline to participate, so places 8 and higher will also qualify.
