I’m playing through the third scenario. I lost about 5 times, but I developed a strategy that seems to be working well so far. In the first week, I went to the right portal first, cleared out the stable, skeletons, and sawmill, then moved to the left portal, where I defeated beasts, lizards, and griffins, and returned to the Castle, where I built and upgraded the first three tiers. I gathered reinforcements and went back to the left portal, sending another hero after me. Without any losses, I reached the Emerald Dragons; before them, I transferred my army to a secondary hero, leaving myself with 8 joined dogs. Thanks to this, the dragons were divided into 4 stacks, and the dogs were enough to defeat both squads /attachments/52378/> /attachments/52379/>. I sailed out to sea, heading towards the Brown Castle. Halfway there, I encountered Haggeesh, on high difficulty, but I killed her, losing imps and dogs /attachments/52380/>. This was on day 15 of the game. Then, I landed near the castle, where Haggeesh was again, with weekly reinforcements, including cyclops. I defeated her and cleared the island. I didn’t rebuild the castle or upgrade it from scratch because there weren't enough demonic resources, and with the reduced number of neutral creatures, I wouldn’t have had much chance of breaking through. Now, I’ve gathered a good army of Orcs and plan to return and deal with the Purple heroes who are in control of the starting underground area near my destroyed castle.
